Trust Chain is Strike Graph's third-party risk management solution. Instead of sending vendors a questionnaire to self-attest, you assign them evidence requests and they upload supporting documentation directly. Verify AI then assesses each submission against your defined criteria.
Follow the steps below to set up your first vendor assessment.
You can invite up to 5 vendors for free.
Step 1: Add a Vendor
In the left navigation, click the Trust Chain tab.
Click the Vendors tab, then Add New Vendor
Enter the vendor's company name, contact name, and contact email address.
If you'd like to add more than one vendor at a time you can click the Upload Vendor List button and select a CSV that includes vendor company names, contact names and contact email addresses.
Vendors won't receive anything until you assign them evidence requests and send an invitation (steps 3 and 4).
Step 2: Assign Requests to Vendors
You decide what you'd like vendors to prove. To get started quickly, we've loaded your 'Request Library' with the 21 most common requests our customers use, but you have full access to edit these requests, delete them, or add your own. Assign one, multiple or all requests to your vendor as you'd like.
Go to the Vendors tab and select one or more vendors.
Click Bulk Actions and then select Assign Evidence.
Select the requests you want to assign to the vendor(s), or toggle all on, then click Submit.
Note: When fully replacing the questionnaire process, we typically see our customers assigning 20-35 requests to their vendors. Ready to ditch questionnaires? Set up time with someone on our team and we'll be happy to transform your entire questionnaire into evidence requests!
Step 3: Send Invitations
Select the vendors you'd like to invite
Click Bulk Actions and then select Invite
Please note- in order to invite vendors they must have one or more evidence requests assigned to them
The vendor contact will receive an email from hello@strikegraph.com with everything they need to log in and complete their requests. We recommend also sending a heads-up from your own email address so they know to expect it. Our support team is available to help vendors through the process.
Step 5: Monitor Vendor Progress
Check your Trust Chain dashboard every few days to track progress. Click into a vendor's page to see what they've uploaded and whether submissions have passed review. You can leave comments and request additional documentation directly from the vendor page.
