A major component of a Trust Operations program is acquiring and maintaining trust assets, which are things like security certifications and reports, penetration test results and executive summaries, security overviews, and more. These assets prove that your organization is trustworthy and takes data security and privacy seriously, so you should have them readily available and at your fingertips!
Use the Trust Asset Library to centralize your trust assets so that they are organized and stored in one place. Assets stored here will also be available to anyone with access to your Strike Graph instance, so others in your organization can always access the most recent and up-to-date assets.
How to add Trust Assets
While anyone can view and download items uploaded to the Trust Asset Library, only Managers can add new Trust Assets. Learn more about user roles and permissions.
Navigate to the Trust Asset Library and click on the "Add Trust Asset" button.
In the modal, give your trust asset a recognizable name, and attach the file.
Trust Assets can be ZIP, PDF, CSV, XLSX, or DOCX documents.
You can add an optional description. This doesn't display on the list, but is a place to notes about the file, like the encryption password or author contact information. Only Managers, who can edit trust assets, can see descriptions.
Set an effective date.
Click the "Save" button.
How to download a Trust Asset
