Stay Connected with the Comment Activity Tab

Boost collaboration and streamline communication with our new Comment Activity feature — your tool for keeping track of all interactions across compliance items. Whether you're tracking comments from auditors, collaborating with your Customer Success Manager, or simply staying on top of ongoing comments on your items, the Comment Activity feature provides real-time visibility into every discussion in your compliance instance, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

How to navigate Comment Activity

1. Go to the Compliance Dashboard.

2. Click on the Comment Activity tab.

3. Use the Type filter to select the items you wish to view comments on (risks, controls, or evidence).

4. Use the Activity filter to view only comments on your items or comments on any item, even risks controls or evidence you are not listed as the owner.

5. Use the Commenter filter to track comments from a specific user in your compliance instance (e.g., an auditor, compliance manager, or your Customer Success Manager).

6. Use the Sort By Date filter to sort comments from descending (the most recent) to ascending (the oldest).

7. Click "Update" - you must click the update button in order for the results to appear.

8. When you click on the text box of a comment, you will be taken to that item's detail page. In this gif example, clicking on the Acceptable Use Policy evidence comment takes you to the Acceptable Use Policy evidence item.
