Data Breach Policy and Procedures

This policy and procedures template guides your organization when there is a breach, acquisition, access, use, or disclosure of your organization's customer's data.

How to use the template:

• Review and then remove instructional text

• Save in a centralized place

• Attach to evidence either through Integrations, Automated Collection, or direct upload
