Supported file types and size limit for evidence attachments

Our product allows you to attach files to the evidence in your Evidence Repository from either your local computer or integration. These are the standard file types that we support:

• .doc

• .docx

• .gif

• .jpg

• .jpeg

• .png

• .pdf

• .ppt

• .pptx

• .tif

• .tiff

• .txt

• .xls

• .xlsx

• .csv

• .numbers

• .pages

• .keynote

• .json

• .xml

• .yaml

• Google Doc – only via Google Drive integrations

  • This file is converted to a .docx during attachment to an evidence

• Google Sheet – only via Google Drive integrations

  • This file is converted to a .csv during attachment to an evidence

• Google Slide – only via Google Drive integrations

  • This file is converted to a .pptx during attachment to an evidence

• .zip – only via manual Desktop upload

Attachment File Size Limit

Currently, we allow files up to 10mb to be uploaded directly.
