Sharing Type 2 samples using Google Drive

Auditors generally prefer that files uploaded in response to sample requests be uploaded directly to the relevant evidence item within the Strike Graph platform. For larger sample sets this is not always feasible, so if you have a sample set of more than 10 requests, and you would prefer to share your sample files using Google Drive or another document repository service, you can use the below template to communicate this to the auditors.

Upload this template to the sample evidence item, for example if the auditors requested background checks for more than 10 new hires, you can upload the background checks to a private drive and you can upload the below template to the actual background check evidence item within the Strike Graph platform.
