Many privacy laws require that organizations have procedures for the identification and then removal of temporary files that include PII. This example can be used to guide the creation of your own policy and procedures to fulfill this requirement.

How to use the template:

  • Save in a centralized place

  • Attach to evidence either through Integrations, Automated Collection, or direct upload
