AIMS Monitoring and Measurement Plan Template

Clause 9.1 of ISO 42001:2023 establishes two aspects to be monitored (or watched) and measured (assigned a value): AIMS performance and AIMS effectiveness. This document provides guidance on how to meet this requirement.
